Hello Jen! I am glad you enjoyed the blog. You'll Love Little Corn! I am certain of it.

As for tips, the first thing that comes to my mind is to travel light. There are no roads, so any heavy luggage is going to be a burden and exhausting to carry around. Second, did you already book Farm Peace and Love? While we were lost, we stumbled upon, but I tell you, the pics on the internet made it look much cooler than what I found it to be. When we saw it in person, we were quite disappointed. It was muddy and smell like horse dung. I am not trying to discourage you, but do want to let you know what I saw. They do have a nice beach though.

If anyone offers to take you via boat from the dock to your hotel/hut/destination, I wouldn't do it. Depending on the wind, the little boats that they use can make for a treacherous seasickness; besides, it's going to take you the same amount of time to get there and you don't get to "hike" the island, which is an experience on it's own.

Little Corn island is not dangerous, the locals are very friendly and depend on tourism. There are no dangerous animals or anything terrifying, that I noticed. Oh! Try the coconut bread! It's the bomb! Hmmm, if you have any specific questions, let me.

Enjoy your honeymoon! Oh, one more thing, if you love seafood, you MUST try Ceyba's in Big Corn! Order the garlic lobster, you will never find anything else like it! Guaranteed.

PS - Take plenty of pictures and let me know how it went. Best of luck!
